This app is not working. I paid for life time but still doesnt work. Looking for refund. Waste of time and money

I want a refund !!! The free app never update true time locations always says 11 hrs ago ..6 hrs ago .. 1 day ago !!! So I thought maybe if I paid for the premium version I can use the real time feature !!! Wrong same thing !!! Rarely updates !! As a mother of active teenagers I dont find this app helpful and would like a refund !!

This app is no working, I paid for lifetime, but still doesnt work, I want my money back please. Someone can tell me How can I have a refund?

The nickname is already used and you erase the entire message. Im calling the better business bureau and reporting this company. I want a full refund

I bought the full version. Sometimes it works ok, but often not. The biggest problem is it is too easy to lose track for family members. Recently I lost track to all the members twice for unknown reasons, and I had to bother them to restore. Disappointed.

This app does not work. I purchased the lifetime subscription on both my phone and my sons phone. I am unable to locate him at all. Waste of money. Does not do what it claims. DO NOT BUY! 0 stars is what I want to give but system wont allow.

Ive been using this app since September 2015 and have really loved it. My husband travels for work and it gives me peace of mind to know where he is. After the March 2016 update the locations are no longer updating correctly and now the app is completely useless. Really disappointing considering I paid the lifetime price.

Ive used several different tracking programs to keep in touch with my family and this app its just the best, I love it.

This app was pretty good until I paid for it. Now it never works. Most of the time 1 or all of my family members cannot be found. In looking at other reviewers this is a common complaint.

After entering temp password it going to enter mail again and again Application is not working. iPhone 5s last update iOS

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The app doesnt even work. Especially when you use the paid version. Dont waste your time or money. It used to never update for me. Now the app wont even open. The company also has poor customer service when you mention the problem. I believe it is a scam. If not, they should really make the app work, or not offer it.

I have been trying to delete this account for awhile now and I wont delete me or my kind kids kids not happy about this at all

The locations of my kids will lag or stick in one location for hours! My husband and son stopped for dinner when I first checked my sons location, they left the diner and went to an event 25 miles form there. An hour later I had to call my husband to be sure my son did not lose his phone! The map did not update for hours later and never showed the out of town location at all! Please send me a refund!

Ive been using this since last year and was thinking to get a premium but the latest update was bad it always get stuck or brought me back to my homepage of my phone so i guess bye for this app for now

Does nothing.

We have this in are phone and it doesnt work very well. There several times at this app shows that we have left and then came back when we never left and we been here next reach other the whole time it doesnt keep her proper tracking of people
