Find my Phone - Family Locator App Reviews

Not quite good for tracking , always delayed sometime a couple hours Positioning is not accurate , we have two phones at same spot but showing at different streets. (200 meters away)

It just keeps getting better. Ive used several different tracking programs to keep in touch with my family and this App is by far the best. Just when I didnt think I could be happier with Family Locator I added the premium package to take full advantage of the Apps capability. One of the best in App purchases Ive made to date. Do yourself and your family a favor and try Family Locator first, I can say without hesitation you wont look anywhere else for another App of this kind!

Most often it puts my mind at ease when Im worried about my kids. Knowing where they are is very helpful.

I paid for the premium app. The gps says my kids are down the street when theyre in front of the house or it says my son is down the street, but I text him and he immediately sent me a picture of him at school. It says they have left the safe zone in the middle of the night when their phones are locked in the safe!! I have sent in help requests with no response. This is a joke!! I want a refund but can locate anyone to contact. Wouldnt even give it a star, but I cant send a comment without one.

Even paid for premium and shove phone in another state what is worthless app an waste of money for premium

Really disappointed in this app. When I get updates of safe zones leaving and entering, it is always hours after the fact. And then when I go and try to find someone and track them in real time it wont let me click on the person to locate them. Really wish I hadnt paid money for this

Ios 10 update needed , it wont work properly after updated my iPhone , kids location wrong and all the features are gone, please fix it. Thank you

I paid for premium and then a week later they update the app and take out the feature I was interested in. Cant get a response from anybody. Dont waste your money. Its a very delayed refresh and by the time it does the kids have been home 10 minutes and the alerts about safe zones only come in the middle of the night.

Please send me my money back Thank you This do not for me the app

Does not update in a timely manner. I get update of one person leaving safe zone home in the middle if the day hours after going to school. Or it will send me notifications that they just left in the evening when they are already back home for hours.

Update Sept 2016- after briefly working again for a month or two during the summer, the app has completely stopped tracking my family members again as of a month ago. This is even after weve deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times. Wasted money for the lifetime version to have access to history. Im extremely disappointed. Ive been using this app since September 2015 and have really loved it. My husband travels for work and it gives me peace of mind to know where he is. After the March 2016 update the locations are no longer updating correctly and now the app is completely useless. Really disappointing considering I paid the lifetime price.

Great intent but unfortunately the app crashes and is so unreliable I would not want to rely on us to track my child. Please fix it

My fiancé and I both had the free version and loved it. It worked fantastic so we both decided to pay. Big mistake. It rarely works, tells us that the other has left or arrived at the safe zone hours after it actually happened. The "perks" of buying the app NEVER work. It currently does not tell me where he is when I try to see location history and it tells him I randomly arrive and leave the safe zone. Waste of money!

This is the worst application Ive downloaded, it does absolutely nothing!! Then wants you to buy premium for doing nothing!!

The app looks great. But thats the only thing, it doesnt update or takes hours to update. My wife was off today as Im writing this review and it just said she left the safe zone of her work. Fix the bugs and Ill re rate :)

This app is crap its location is screwed up other people will be gone from safe locations for hours even up to a day and a half and it will still send notifications that they left that area so my phone goes off at two or three in the morning dont waste your time with this app.

Like others have said, this good looking app doesnt work. In my case, my wife and I installed it on our phones and it seemed to be accurate, so I payed the fee for the extra services. Worked until this week. Now it is not updating and reporting locations accurately. The history function reports nonsense tracks. Tonight my wifes location reported to be a place about 12 miles from here as she was walking in the door. Wasted time and money.

I was skeptical of other reviews, downloaded the app anyway to see for myself. It showed that my son was far away and he was sitting next to me. Wasted my time :( i gave it two because it looks cool but needs fixing.

Works great, smooth, stable, but should show address (or nearest) of someone without needing to open a separate navigation app.

Its ok..not much i can really do for free
