There’s no way to cancel this subscription so you just keep getting billed for it

Not a app worth wasting your money on they lie and say it’s 99 cents but charge me 5$ and a refund haha they don’t believe in those this app don’t even work weather along having people pay for it

I cancelled my subscription I’m still being charged.

Not the best family app I’ve used, it didn’t help me see the location of my S/O when I noticed her attitude. Unbeknownst to me, she was double dating, so I contacted a PI, through a referral at DarkHATGURU @ gmail com. I got full remote access to her phone and I saw all I needed to see, of course, after paying. Stop secondguessing if they’re being faithful, find out and leave!

Accidentally subscribed and they keep trying to charge my card. Won’t respond to emails asking them to cancel.

This app is a scam!! I tried it on the free trial and it said it had located my husbands lost phone and it would tel me the location if I paid $6.99. Once I paid it, it told me I need to send an invite to my husbands phone for him to register his phone with the app so we can find it… the phone was already lost this is impossible. It never located my husbands phone it was just a scam to get me to pay $6.99. I deleted and cancelled the app thinking lesson learned and now a week later I get charged $39.99!!! Even though I cancelled and deleted. I have put in a claim and I expect my full refund as well as charges cancelled.

Totally terrible app. There is no way to get free of a subscription. Never figured out how the app works either. Can’t get them to answer emails either.

Dear reader, what does this even mean? I tried talking to him about it but it didn't seem like he wanted to let me in on what was going on. Surfing through the net, ! stumbled across a top rated review about a private investigator at Magichacker012 @ gmail. All he needed was her full name and cell phone number to extract the information I needed from my ex partner's phone. I saw everything. From his phone conversations to his exact gps location down to his texts on messenger, iMessage and Snapchat. I was broken beyond repair. But I have no regrets at the moment. I would have ended up with a cheat but I dodged a bullet. Since I got court admissible information provided by derek, I went ahead to file for a divorce. Anyway, if you can relate to my experience and you need a drastic solution, hurry and write to him. I assure you that his services are a-one!

I had got this app only paying with Apple Pay for the $6.99 and it told me double click just to pay for the one week trial then today I get charged $39.99 for no reason even tho i didn’t approve of this transaction ! I keep contacting support and there no HELP AT ALL , then when I go to my subscriptions there’s subscription doesn’t even show to cancel or nothing it just says that I don’t have a subscription with this app yet there charging ???! Never get this app there just going to charge you without your approval or anything and no I don’t have automatic subscriptions on!

I was desperate to find my sister, it said it had her precise location with the phone number and it was a lie!!

Things a terrible company and after you join there is no way to cancel subscription. Email says they will Contact you in 3 business days back but this never happened even with multiple email attempts.

I don’t have a subscription to this and it keeps charging my card. Subscription is deleted in my settings. Had to get a new debit card due to this! They say to email them and I have several times and never hear back.

They lead you to believe they can find your lost phone. Turns out the only way they can is if you share plan prior to loosing the phone.

THESE PERSONS ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. I SIGNED UP FOR A 1 WEEK PLAN AT $6.99 AND IT WAS NOT WORKING THAT WAS ON 11/4. ON 11/25 THEY TOOK $39.99 THEN 12/17 $39.99 AGAIN AND 1/17 ANOTHER $39.99. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET THROUGH TO THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Do not believe when they say free trial. That is not what they mean and couldn’t even find the number to talk to them!!!!!

I have sent several messages asking my subscription be canceled, and now I see, instead of canceling, you tried to charge me again. This is very disappointing, particularly since you are not responding to my requests. What more can I do to make sure you get the message?

It has got to be the most inaccurate app I have ever been involved with. I wonder how many divorces they have caused or how many they will cause do not whatsoever get this app.

Signed up for a trial and got hijacked into a subscription. Cancelled what I thought was a trial immediately and was charged a week later for $40.00 for a subscription fee… sign up at your own risk as customer service is slow and will take advantage of you by canceling but still charging you operating under false pretense.

This app is a scam. Misleading and almost impossible to cancel. I had to report them to my credit card company. Zero customer service to help you too!

This is a fraudulent app they charge you for no reason even after you cancel the subscription. They tried charging me $40 for atleast 5 times. I declined the transactions. I contacted the customer service and no reply.

I feel like I wasted my money. There is find my iPhone and even your service carrier has a way to track your devices.

Do not use this. Once you realize it’s a scam, and email them to cancel, they ignore and charge you anyways. Once you email again, then they cancel and tell you they can’t refund that charge! I turned off my card so they weren’t successful but they SCAM and STEAL!

It will not help you find someone unless they are already added. But that is not what the advertise. Just pay here and we will send you the location. What a crock

Scam I paid $7 and did not work I asked for a refund a few hours later and no response. Don't try this app ever just waste money!

I downloaded this app to attempt to use for my family. But due to my busy schedule I never had a chance to do anything. Decided it was best to delete, as it don’t work properly in my region (Cayman Islands) didn’t do so before it charged my card. Reached out to customer service to be told they don’t do refunds. First time ever having to deal with a company that steals your money, but it is what is is and I have to cut my lose on this as they refuse to refund me regardless.

Please cancel my subscription. It is impossible and I don’t not need this app anymore. I am being charged monthly and I want to cancel and it’s not seen in my subscriptions. Tricky.

I bought this app because it claims it can phone my husband’s phone using is number but after I put in my credit card details I wasn’t given the location of his phone.
